Monetary Donations Policy

• Credit Cards: We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
• Fax Your Order: Provide a printed copy of the ordering form with the information completed on the page, your credit card number and expiration date and fax all page(s) to us at (866) 451-1476.
• Get Help: For help email us at donations@LutheranChurchCharities.org or call us at (866) 455-6466.
• Get Your Confirmation: After your donation online, you will see a confirmation code and bar code displayed on the Confirmation page - please PRINT this page for your records. You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your donation confirmation if you have any concerns about your donation amount or application.
• Privacy: We do NOT share your information! We use it ONLY to process your order and, if you indicate, to email you with news and appeals for the causes supported by LCC. You may Opt-Out of receiving emails at any time by sending a request to be removed to Newsletter@LutheranChurchCharities.org - your request will be handled within 5 business days.
• Return: If you are unhappy with the PRODUCT for ANY REASON, you may return it and receive a full refund. Please forward your receipt to donations@LutheranChurchCharities.org with "Refund Request" in the subject.
• Security: Upon donation online, your credit card number is immediately transmitted to your credit card company via secure socket layering; we do not have reference to it and it does not reside on our site or server.
• Tax and Shipping: There is no tax as these donations are considered Charitable Contributions to a 501(c)3 organization. Shipping and Handling costs may be separate, depending on your request for a priority response
